Rice Krispie Balls

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white Karo syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies

Bring sugar and white syrup to a boil. Take off burner; add peanut butter. Mix well. Add Rice Krispies. While warm, pinch off small pieces and roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Let cool and store in an airtight container.

These sound yummy. I'm going to try these dipped in chocolate. Once they've cooled, it should be safe to do.

I would like to know if the same recipe could be used for popcorn balls, of course using popcorn instead of the rice krispies. Thank you for answering.
