Fold a piece of heavy thread in half and insert the fold throught the hole. Open the loop that was inserted through the hole and insert the punch thread in the loop. Pull the end threads of the loop, which will pull the punch thread through the hole.

Hello Patricia. If you (or a neighbor) has an overlocker, you could try using the threader that came with that. Good Luck. Loretta
