  • 1 package orange flavored gelatin (sugar-free), small box
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 orange, with rind
  • 1 cup whole cranberry sauce

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Was the unpeeled orange, cut in quarters and remove seeds. Put orange quarter (with rind) through food chopper. Fold cranberry sauce and chopped orange into gelatin. Pour into individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold on crisp salad greens.

Just wondering about this being diabetic approved with so much sugar in cranberry sauce? Unless you have found a sugar free variety, if so where is it sold? Thanks much. Sue Sanford, FL
