Curly Fry Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 cans chicken soup
  • 24 oz. sour cream
  • 2 lg. bags tortillas, cut up
  • 1 jar pizza sauce or salsa
  • 4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Velveeta cheese
  • 2 bags curly fries, frozen
  • seasoning salt

Directions

Fry hamburger and onion. Mix mushroom soup, chicken soup, sour cream, tortillas, pizza sauce or salsa and shredded cheese. Mix in with hamburger and put in large roaster. Bake at 325-350 degrees F until heated through, approximately 2 hours. Remove from oven and top with Velveeta cheese. Then put curly fries on top and bake another 30 minutes at 400 degrees F. Sprinkle top with seasoning salt. This recipe fills a large roaster to the brim.
