Combine first 5 ingredients. Add mayonnaise. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cool water. Cool and combine with chicken mixture. Spray 8x12 inch pyrex pan with non-stick spray. Add mixture and allow to set. Topping: Dissolve 1 package lemon gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup orange juice. Add 1 can cranberry sauce. Stir to blend. Chill and pour over chicken mixture. Chill overnight. Serve on lettuce leaf.
