Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg (2 if small)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions
Put first 3 ingredients in bowl and beat. Add remaining ingredients and beat at medium speed. When mixed, drop by teaspoonsful on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes.
