Tavern Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. horseradish mustard
  • 1 lg. onion, diced fine
  • 3/4 cup ketchup

Directions

Brown hamburger and drain. Add onion, water, mustard, salt, pepper, chili and ketchup and simmer for 1/2 hour.

Interesting recipe, but the spread is used for what? Sandwiches, crackers, etc.?
