Hi Mike, The best thing for removing (still wet) latex paint is soap and water. Because they are is wool, only use cool to luke warm water and dish soap. The best thing to do if it hasn't dried yet is to take a wet paper towel and try to get as much of it as you can. Then put a little dish soap on a clean paper towel or rag and try to get the spot to suds up a little, then rinse well with another clean towel or rag. You may want to put a towel under the cloth so it doesn't bleed through to another part of the pants. Once the paint is dry, soap and water have little affect. Probably using Goof Off, or another product that specializes in getting off dried latex is your best bet.
The trick with wool uniform pants (unless they are machine washable) is to not let them get hot or the spot may shrink.
Other than running them to the dry cleaners, that is my best advice. Susan from ThriftyFun
