Does Parvo affect the entire litter, or is it possible for only one puppy to die from it? They had been vaccinated.

Common for dogs/pups to get Parvo from the vaccine.

Yes, I always went to the vet for advice when I was raising my rottweiler and yes, that is highly contagious so please get the others checked out quickly. Also always wash your hands before handling other animals. Sorry for your loss.
