Impossible Hamburger and Cheese Pie
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 3 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease large pie plate, 9 inch. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Beat eggs, add milk and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Top with slices tomatoes and cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes more.

I was going to try this recipe. but directions say to mix with milk and the ingredients don't mention how much milk....was wondering how much do I add. Thanks
