I have an odor from rat urine in the trunk of my car. How do I get rid of it?

You could try the recipe I use to get rid of cat urine smell. I would imagine if it can get rid of cat pee then it would also get rid of rat pee (cat pee smells a lot stronger).

Toss in a handful or two of dryer sheets and leave them in there.

Urine is very alkaline. Try soaking and blotting repeatedly with vinegar. It should neutralize it.
