Turkey And Stuffing Casserole
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 3 cups cubed, cooked turkey
- 2/3 cup cold turkey gravy
- 1/8 tsp. pepper, opt.
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 1/2 cups prepared stuffing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
In medium bowl stir together eggs, turkey, gravy and pepper. Turn into well greased 12x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with stuffing. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with turkey gravy if desired.
