I am having a Mexican fiesta for about 60 people and I have no idea how to figure out how much meat (carnitas, carne asada and chicken fajitas) to order! Can you help?

If you are ordering it - it's being catered? I think they would know.

i also use allreceipes.com and love it!

Hi Cathy! If you look on http://allrecipes.com/ , you can search for recipes (I keyed in carnitas) and on the recipe there is a "box" that you can fill in telling how many servings. I'm not saying you have to use their recipes, but perhaps it will help you know how much meat is needed. Since you're serving 3 kinds of meat, you won't want each dish to be for 60 people, tho. I hope this helps.
