Cherry Pistachio Salad
Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
- 1 small carton Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 can crushed pineapple (15 oz.)
- 1 small jar maraschino cherries, chopped
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Sprinkle pudding mix over Cool Whip in bowl, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Chill for at least 2 hours.
