Chinese Noodle Salad


  • 1 pkg. broccoli slaw
  • 5 green onions, green tops chopped
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • Ad
  • 1 small pkg. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar


Mix broccoli and onions. Break up noodles (discard seasonings). Put noodles in pan with butter, seeds, and almonds. Brown, stirring constantly until light brown. Mix remaining ingredients, beat well. Pour over first mixture about 20 minutes before serving.
