This is a great drink either hot or cold, but I prefer cold.
Ingredients:
- 2 qts. apple cider
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate (6 oz.)
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 can red cherries with juice (16 oz.)
- 5 whole cloves
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 4 drops peppermint extract
- 8 cups strong tea
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large saucepan. Simmer for 1 hour. Strain to remove whole spices. Ladle into serving mugs or chill and serve cold in tall glasses.
