Pumpkin Crumble Dessert
- 1 can pumpkin (15oz.)
- 1 can evaporated milk (12oz.)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts or pecans
In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice together. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top of the pumpkin mixture and drizzle melted butter on top. Top with the nuts and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until a knife in the center comes out clean.
