Sausage and Cheese Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls (8oz.)
  • 1 pkg. brown and serve sausages (8 oz.)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano

Directions

Press rolls into bottom and sides of 9x13 inch baking pan to form crust. Arrange sausages over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour over cheese. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. 5 servings.

This was sooo good, and incredibly easy. I made it last night, and we heated it up this morning! It's great!
