Patterns for Crocheted Dolls Clothes

I would like to make a crocheted dress for my 13 in. doll and I lost the pattern that the doll came with. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or pattern links? Also I'm looking for doll patterns for a 10 in. doll. Thank you.

I don't crochet - I sew my doll clothes 'cause I can't seem to learn knitting or crochet - but I love finding stuff !
