Decorating With High Ceilings

My fireplace sits in a wall with no mantle, but has an indented space for the television. It sits off center from a 22 foot high pitch. With so much space I need help in decorating between the fireplace and the ceiling. My decor is Spanish/Mediterranean. I like wrought iron.
