Roll Cookie Dough in Wax Paper
When making cut out cookies, such as sugar cookies, take a portion of the dough and roll it between two pieces of waxed paper. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour and then peel off the top piece of waxed paper and cut out. Save scraps and repeat. This worked so well for me when making cut out cookies for Valentine's Day.
