I spilled 10 gallons of gasoline on a gravel drive. How can I get rid of the odor?

Hello Spokane from Moses Lake. I would have a bonfire on that spot, if it isn't too close to the house.

First, which may be too late, dump kitty litter on it.
next. Scoop up with shovel, dispose of properly. FInd out from the city locals or garbage collectors how to do this
Pick up a cheap gallon of laundry detergent at the dollar store. Using a broom, scrubit into the ground.
If you are rural and this is near your water source, contact someone to verify it is not in your well. If this is in the city, contact city officials to ask what to do next. This should have been a 911 call to the fire department to disperse the gasoline properly.
