Energy slump? Try this: Rub your earlobes. That's right, rub your earlobes between your thumb and index finger for 15 seconds or more to wake up your entire nervous system. Why? Because acupuncture research has discovered that our energy lines run through our earlobes.

I have narcolepsy...so I am the queen of energy slumps LOL.

The thing I have found that works the best is a yoga pose...I'm not sure of the name, but stand with your feet slightly apart with your hands fold together like you are praying, slowly raise your hands up, keeping them together until they are above your head then stretch backwards slightly and hold for about 10 seconds.

It really gets the blood going...i

Also rubbing your hands or palms and the feet are great for relaxing, and getting blocked impulses free of congestion. Also washing with cold water several times a day, hands only, will help get off radiation from the day and relax the body.
