It's not a good dog food. When you look at the list of ingredients, protien should be the first ingredient, with other good things, low fat. high fiber, low moisture, no junk fillers. Wet food is not good for their teeth. They should eat dry chunks.
Any canned isn't good for your dog. It's like your dog eating potato chips all the time. They need the dry food. You can try it as a treat once a week maybe.
You can find out the best rated and most nutritious dog food brands here: http://www.dogfoodproject.com/. Don't be afraid of the more expensive brands, as dogs eat less of them since they don't contain as many fillers. The dogs get satisfied faster, so eat less, and the dog food lasts longer.
I know that the Beneful dry dog food gets very bad ratings. You can subscribe to The Whole Dog Journal (on-line or as a news letter)which rates wet and dry dog foods every year. They also publish many interesting articles on training, different breeds, etc. If your dog has allergies, try to avoid products with chicken, wheat, corn, or rice.
