Sweet And Sour Mustard
- 1 cup dry mustard
- 1 cup white or apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp. salt
Combine mustard and vinegar in pan, preferably glass or enamelware. Stir, cover and leave overnight. The next day add sugar, egg and salt. Stir and cook, boiling briefly until the mixture thickens slightly. Store in refrigerator.
