Olive and Garlic Butter

This is wonderful as a spread for bread, crackers, or to use as a topping for baked white fish. Simply refrigerate or freeze any extra in an airtight container.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup pitted green olives, finely chopped

Directions:

Blend the butter and garlic in a bowl until smooth, add the olives and mix until they are well blended.

Hmmmm, olives. My wife gave it a thumbs up. I have always thought that olives were liver grown on trees. Oh well.
