Citrus and Basil Vinaigrette

Tastes really yummy on a mixed green salad topped with cherry tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 lemon, zest
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/8 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. white wine vinegar

Directions:

Place ingredients in a cruet or jar with lid, shake well and refrigerate for two hours.
