Measuring Honey

I haven't been baking for very long, maybe you already know this trick. But when I am making bread that calls for honey, I have learned that if I measure the vegetable oil first before the honey (using the same measuring spoon), the honey slides right out.

Before you measure a cup of honey, wipe the measuring cup with oil and rinse it out with boiling water. The honey won't stick!
