The pattern says to wrap 2 then skip one peg so when you go to take the lower loop over top what do you do with the skipped peg stitches? ( This was a pattern in Bernat book on looms)

Are you talking about a weaving loom or the knifty knitter loom? If the knifty knitter you can really use any size and just make squares or long rectangles and then join them to complete!
