My sink was bought new years ago and is metal with paint over it. The paint is chipping off. Anyone know of what kind of paint I could buy to repaint it? I have already tried patching it to no avail.

Thanks.

You can find a small bottle of the paint used to repair sinks/tubs at big hardware stores. It takes patience and the ability to follow the directions, but it works for small repairs.

You might try automotive repair paint -- the kind used to cover small scratches. You should be able to get this in a small bottle at automotive supply stores. Here in Canada we would go to Canadian Tire.
