Ingredients:
- 1/2 of a 6 oz. can frozen orange juice, concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender container, cover and blend at low speed just till combined, then at medium speed until foamy, about 30 seconds. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves, if desired. Makes 3-4 servings.
