Replace Mayo With Bleu Cheese Dressing

For something a little different, try putting a good, rich Bleu cheese salad dressing on rye or whole grain bread when you make patty melts. Just use it in place of mayo or ketchup.

I use it in place of mayo when making tuna salad. Yummy! The thicker "blue cheese veggie dip" style works great as a dip, mayo replacement, on chicken, or of course on salad.
