This recipe taste like sherbet and is very, very easy and quick to make for hungry children and unexpected guest. I love the taste and texture.
In a blender add 1 small box of gelatin. Add 1/2 cup boiling water. Blend on low speed for 30 seconds. Add 1-1/2 cups crushed ice to blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour into a bowl. Put in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
