  • 2 pkg. cherry gelatin (3oz. size)
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 boxes frozen red raspberries
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream or 1 pkg. Dream Whip
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows


Combine first 3 ingredients and let set. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Whip the cream and add cheese mixture. Fold in marshmallows. Spread on salad.

  • 2 packages (regular size) raspberry gelatin
  • 2 3/4 cups hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups applesauce
  • 2 packages frozen red raspberries (10 oz. packages)
  • 1/2 tsp. raspberry syrup or flavoring
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 16 large marshmallows, cut


Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add lemon juice, applesauce, frozen raspberries (juice and all) and raspberry flavoring.

Stir until raspberries are thawed and ingredients well combined. Chill in 9x13 pan. Meanwhile, combine sour cream and diced marshmallows. Let stand at room temperature until marshmallows are softened. Beat together. store in refrigerator until of spreading consistency. Frost over top of raspberry salad.

  • 3 packages orange gelatin
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 4 med. firm bananas, sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup coconut (opt.)


In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple (save juice). Stir cold water, bananas, marshmallows and pineapple into gelatin. Pour into a 9x13 inch cake pan. Refrigerate until firm. In saucepan combine sugar and flour. Stir pineapple juice until smooth. Add beaten egg. Bring to a gentle boil until thickened, 2 minutes or so. Cool. In a bowl beat cream cheese. Add filling. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over gelatin. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut, if desired.
