Removing Kool-Aid Stains Around Mouth

With summer on its way, this will come in handy after your small children have red, purple, or orange Popsicles or drink Kool-Aid and have the "Kool-Aid smile" (the ring of color around their mouth). You can easily remove this color by washing their mouth and lips with warm water and a tarter control whitening toothpaste. The very light abrasion and whitening ingredients in the toothpaste will remove the color stain but not harm your child. It tastes good too.

Removing Kool-Aid Mustaches

This is a great tip for anyone with young children. When serving any flavored drink like Kool-Aid or even grape juice and your child comes away with a colored mustache, it can be easily removed by using any tartar control toothpaste on a damp washcloth. The light abrasives in the toothpaste work wonders to remove the coloring from your little ones face.
