I have a 3 door buffet made from hardwood timber. I purchased it a couple of years ago. When it was first purchased it had an odor that I thought was normal since it was timber and new. But a couple of years later it still lingers. Additionally, my glasses all have a greasy feel and look to them. I have to wash them quite regularly. I am not sure what could be causing this to happen. I thought that it could be from the stain or varnish they used. Can anyone give me some advice on how to clean this and eliminate the odor?
