Shrug (or Hug) Knitting Pattern

I'm looking for a pattern for a 'shrug' (or 'hug' as I've also heard it called). This is like a sweater, except it's only the sleeves, and a connection across the back! I've searched a lot of knitting websites, and only came up with one that I liked, but the pattern sounds really strange.

Any simple patterns are appreciated!

Thanks!

I made one of these recently. It's really simple. First, you need one strand of worsted weight and one strand of fancy fur yarn. Or you can use two strands of the fancy fur, but it's really hard to see the stitches.

You'll need two skeins of red heart yarn or similar, and three skeins of fancy fur depending on how long you make it.

Butterick # 4396- seen in a recent JoAnn fabric flyer. (I didn't know that the pattern makers had knitting patterns.)

I found all of this by just using "free shrug pattern" into my search engine. A google search showed:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en& ... shrug+pattern&btnG=Google+Search

hope this helps.
