Smashing Bananas For Banana Bread |

My oldest daughter and I were discussing baking and cooking. When we came to bananas and how to prepare them for banana bread, she clued me in on the easy way of mashing them. She has her son, Daniel, use a hammer and smash them in the skin. I thought that clever.
