I love coconut.
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. canned cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup chile, seeded and minced
- 1/2 medium green onion, diced
- 1 tsp. chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
Make rice according to instructions. Blend soy sauce, peanut butter, cream of coconut, chili, green onion, and cilantro into a bowl.
Pour into skillet and cook mixing for a few minutes. Mix in rice.
