Mushroom Chuck Roast
Ingredients
- 1 chuck roast
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Salt and pepper, to taste; place in foil lined pan, add mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Cover with foil; bake in 350 degree F oven until tender.
