I was wondering if anyone had tried instant vanilla pudding and powdered milk as a coffee creamer?

Has any one tried the recipe at hillbilly housewife using decaf, equal (or other sugar sub), and sugar-free vanilla instant pudding? What about other flavors, like chocolate?

I used to eat at the cafeteria and they always had french vanilla liquid creamers in those little plastic holders, and I would always put one or two on my baked potato, it was wonderful. Racer

There is a recipe for a French Vanilla Coffee mix at hillbilly housewife.com. It uses instant coffee, vanilla pudding mix, powdered milk and sugar. I have tried the mix minus the coffee and sugar to add into my brewed coffee. It is pretty good. http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/frenchvanillacafe.htm Tracey in Jacksonville FL

It's worth a try if you have lots of extra vanilla pudding to use up. I just wonder will the coffee thicken up since the pudding contains cornstarch?
