Stovetop Mac and Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
- 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Melt margarine in a saucepan, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir over medium heat until smooth and bubbling. remove from heat and whisk in milk, heat to boiling then stir until thickened. Add cheese, stir until melted. Add macaroni and stir until mixed.
