Ingredients
- ground beef or ground chuck
- chopped onion
- chopped green pepper
- Velveeta cheese
- bacon strips
Directions
To ground beef, add chopped onion and chopped green pepper to desire. Mix well and make 2 patties per person. Put 1 slice of cheese between patties and wrap 1 strips of bacon around the patties, securing with a toothpick. Charcoal or broil these patties. They are a meal in themselves.
