Let Meat Rest Before Serving
When roasting a whole chicken in the oven, set it out on top of oven to cool for 15 minutes before serving. This will let the juices flow to the middle of your chicken, which will make it taste better. This would work as well for hamburger meat, casseroles, or roasted turkey.
