12 oz. fresh or frozen crab meat or imitation crab meat
6 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. marg.
2 Tbsp. fresh snipped basil (2 tsp. dried)
1/3 cup dry white wine (may used cooking sherry)
1 T soy sauce
8-10 oz. package fettucini, or linguini, cooked & drained
Thaw crabmeat, if frozen. Drain well. Set aside. Cook garlic in med. saucepan in hot oil & marg. for 30 seconds. Add basil and cook for 1 min. Add white wine or cooking sherry and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in crab meat & soy sauce. Heat through. Serve on top of hot pasta. Serves 4.
