Anyone have quick, easy, fast recipes using Tempeh?

Go to www.recipezaar.com
Type in tempeh and click on search. There are 69 recipes using Tempeh. Look down the page a bit and look for where it says
"sort by"
If you click on "rating" it will sort the recipes to the ones that have been rated the highest by people who have tried that recipe. Hope you find one you like.

Cut it into slices or cubes & stir fry it, then add veggies When everything is totally done, add a squirt of soy sauce to caramelize & serve over rice.

You can also slice the Tempeh & spray a pan with "Pam" then cook each side until brown & add a slice of cheese to the top, & cover with a lid & turn off the heat. Leave sit until the cheese melts... Use this to make a toasted sandwich... like a BLT without the "B", or put the fried, warm, cheesy Tempeh into pitta pockets & add any veggies you like. If you don't like to fry in Pam (or oil), you can first sprinkle the tempeh with a few drops of soy sauce then nuke or bake the tempeh, then melt the cheese on top... (I myself prefer melted cheddar cheese sprinkled with sesame seeds)
