Cut it into slices or cubes & stir fry it, then add veggies When everything is totally done, add a squirt of soy sauce to caramelize & serve over rice.

You can also slice the Tempeh & spray a pan with "Pam" then cook each side until brown & add a slice of cheese to the top, & cover with a lid & turn off the heat. Leave sit until the cheese melts... Use this to make a toasted sandwich... like a BLT without the "B", or put the fried, warm, cheesy Tempeh into pitta pockets & add any veggies you like. If you don't like to fry in Pam (or oil), you can first sprinkle the tempeh with a few drops of soy sauce then nuke or bake the tempeh, then melt the cheese on top... (I myself prefer melted cheddar cheese sprinkled with sesame seeds)
