Does anyone have instructions on how to make tree shaving roses? Where can I purchase Birch tree shavings?

Here is what I was saying about what the wood veneer rolls look like. I'm sure you can find them, and I just noticed that this link is from Lowes, so, they probably have them there.

How about finding some wood veneer rolls for edging, I know they come in many different woods and sizes, and they are basically wood shavings, only made into rolls. They are probably available where people work with wood crafts, or woodcraft catalogs. Those maple leaves roses are fantastic too!
