Can't find former post about DIY solar panels. It was by a woman and could be done for about $150.

Request: Making Solar Panels at Home

Archived on 08/12/2009

I would like to know if someone has a wonderful idea on how to make your own homemade solar panels, you know to save energy. I have seen people create all kinds of homemade stuff so I figured someone could come up with this also. OK, creative people help me out if you can. Thanks.

RE: Is It Possible to Make Solar Panels at Home?

Check motherearthnews.com. There is a great article about a homemade solar hot water heater on the website. (04/30/2008)
