Dill Veggie Dip

A refreshing break from the same ol', same ol' veggie dips. Easy to prepare and serves a bunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (I prefer Hellmans.)
  • 1 Tbsp. dry onions
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • Ad
  • 2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. Accent (or MSG, if you prefer)
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's Seasoning Salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Beat all ingredients with a fork or whisk until well-blended. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Serve with your choice of fresh veggies.

Servings: 2 cups
Time:5 Minutes Preparation Time

Lawry's Seasoning Salt already has MSG in it (or at least it used to, that's why I stopped using it!). You would be better off using dried herbs and a little bit of salt instead of Accent and Lawry's salt. Also, with the use of

mayo and Worcestershire sauce you probably only need a little bit of salt, if any at all.
